Your Property, Our Care
Labal Realty Development, Inc. is a family-owned real estate company based in Makati. For decades the family has owned, built, and cared for its own properties, and today the company offers a selection of them for lease and for sale.
Our holdings range from office space in the Makati central business district to residential and mixed-use properties elsewhere in Metro Manila, in Tagaytay, and in other locations across Luzon. Every property we advertise is owned and managed by the company itself, which is why prospective tenants and buyers always deal with the owners rather than a third party.
The name of the company reflects how we intend to run it: Your Property, Our Care. A lease with us is meant to be the start of a long working relationship, and we look after the people in our buildings the same way we look after the buildings themselves.
How we work
We deal with you directly
Because we own and manage the properties ourselves, you speak with the people responsible for them. There are no brokers in between and no chain of agents to go through.
Tenants are treated as family
We stay hands-on from the first viewing through the length of the lease, assisting with move-in and move-out and attending to concerns as they arise.
Support around the clock
For urgent building or unit concerns, someone from the company is reachable at any hour. Problems are addressed promptly, not left to wait.
Straightforward terms
Rent, deposit, and lease conditions are set out plainly at the outset. What we agree on is what applies for the term of the lease.
