Labal Realty Development, Inc. is a family-owned real estate company based in Makati, established in 1990. For more than three decades the family has owned, built, and cared for its own properties, and today the company offers a selection of them for lease and for sale.
Our holdings range from office space in the Makati central business district to residential and mixed-use properties elsewhere in Metro Manila, in Tagaytay, and in other locations across Luzon. By maintaining direct ownership and management of every property, we can decide quickly, act on concerns immediately, and give tenants and buyers one accountable point of contact from first inquiry to signed contract.
Over the years our properties have been home to well-known companies and brand-name tenants, the kind of trust a long track record earns. Our approach is simple: connecting people with the right properties through transparent service, flexible solutions, and lasting partnerships.
